Calling all women!

You spend so much time and energy taking care of everyone around you. It's time to Show Yourself Some Love at our one-day-only Women's Health Fair. Come alone or share the love and make it a girls' day out—because your mom, sisters, daughters and friends need to show themselves some love, too.

Join us Saturday, Feb. 18, 2023 for:

  • Conversations with renowned wellness enthusiast Dr. Patricia Sulak and other Baylor Scott & White Health women's health experts
  • Information and giveaways
  • Snacks!

There is NO COST to attend and registration is encouraged, but not required

We would appreciate a heads up about the number of people in your group to help us plan, but you can just show up the day of the event. Bring your friends and make it a girls' day out! Need to bring the kids? No problem! Kid-friendly activities will be available.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost?

There is NO CHARGE to anyone who wants to attend. This event is brought to you Baylor Scott & White Health Plan and our sponsors.

Do I need to register in advance / have a ticket?

Registration is encouraged but not required. We would appreciate you letting us know if you're coming and how many kids/adults are in your group, so we can plan how many snacks/giveaways to have on hand.

Do I have to have insurance through Baylor Scott & White Health Plan, RightCare or FirstCare or be a patient of the hospital to attend?

No, this is a community-wide event open to any and every woman in Central Texas.

Can I bring my kids?

Absolutely! We'll have some kid-friendly activities for your children to enjoy.

Why should I come?

Women tend to put themselves last on their list of priorities—and that includes taking charge of their own health and wellbeing. But what happens if you get sidelined by a medical issue? Who will take care of everyone and everything then?

At this event, you will learn ways to Show Yourself Some Love so you can live a healthier, happier life. It's all part of our commitment to empower you to live well.

Do I need to stay the whole time?

No, you're welcome to pop in anytime between 9 AM and 1 PM and spend as much (or as little) time as you like. Check the schedule for details on programs that will be offered throughout the morning.

I'm not in the Temple area. How can I show myself some of this love?

If you're not able to join us in person, you can attend the sessions virtually from wherever you are. Register here to watch the simulcast.

I'm busy that day. Will there be other options?

This is our first Show Yourself Some Love event, but we hope it won't be our last. Stay tuned for additional dates/locations for future events.
